Komiža and Vis from multiple perspectives

Created over several years, the series follows Komiža and Vis Island from different perspectives: from the waterfront, above secluded bays, towards the open sea and through architectural silhouettes. Rather than relying on a single representative view, the selection builds a more layered portrait of the destination, where the stone-built town, maritime landscape and the everyday rhythm of the harbour meet.

Tourism photography with an original atmosphere

The photographic approach combines blue-hour scenes and long exposures with clear daytime views, broad landscapes and isolated details. This range gives the series both the practical value of tourism photography and an original atmosphere—distinctive without becoming generic.

Result

A cohesive selection connects recognisable destination imagery with quieter, atmospheric scenes. The series presents Komiža and Vis at different scales—from a boat and the waterfront to a bay, cliffs and the open sea—without reducing the island to a single postcard view.
