The Tena Yoga method presented through four principles on desktop.

From personal practice to a content platform

Tena Yoga connects a live guided programme, recorded practices, individual guidance, work with teams, method content, editorial stories, events and digital products. The challenge was not simply to contain a large amount of material, but to help someone find a meaningful starting point even when they do not yet know the names of programmes or types of practice.

Navigation shaped by user intention

The homepage begins with how a person wants to practise: in a regular guided rhythm, with recordings in their own time, for a particular need, individually or with a team. These entry points connect with Online Yoga, Join, the Shop, the Method and the Blog, so navigation follows intention rather than the internal structure of the offer.

The shop as a practice-finding tool

The Yoga Shop is more than a product catalogue. Filters guide visitors through Body, Breath and Calm, Energy, Rest, Meditation, and Format and Situation, while cards show level, number and duration of practices, a short description and price. A visitor can begin with how they currently feel instead of a title they must already understand.

A clear path into the programme

The programme page explains what membership includes and sets out four concrete steps: the enrolment form, a personal introduction, payment of the membership fee, and access to the schedule, Zoom link and instructions for the first class. Free YouTube practices are organised into themed groups and allow a first encounter before choosing a structured programme.

A system that retains a personal voice

The method, Mindful Journal, blog and Biševo Journal give the platform a personal and editorial layer. Photography, illustration and the voice of the writing connect practical functions — schedule, forms, newsletter and shop — with an experience that remains recognisably Tena’s.

Result

Different forms of practice are connected in one experience that leads people from their current need to a relevant piece of content or programme. The schedule, enrolment, free material, shop, method and editorial stories work as a whole while the platform retains Tena’s personal voice.
