Villa Alissa Split — holiday home website
A standalone website connecting the atmosphere of the house, a detailed view of its spaces and a short path to a direct enquiry.
A presentation of its own
Villa Alissa is a holiday home in Mravince that needed a digital home of its own — a presentation that would not reduce the accommodation to a list of amenities. Visitors should be able to sense the character of the house, understand how its spaces are arranged, place it in relation to Split and its surroundings, and reach the information needed to plan a stay without detours.
One page, one clear path
The content forms a continuous one-page story. Anchor navigation leads from the introduction and villa tour to the location, the experience of Split, availability, pricing, contact and house rules. The sequence follows the questions that naturally arise when choosing accommodation, introducing practical information at the point where it becomes useful.
Putting the space first
Large photographs are grouped by rooms and outdoor areas: living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace, garden and hot tub. A floor plan clarifies the relationship between the two levels, while details sit alongside the images instead of forming a long technical checklist. Restrained typography and a measured pace leave the architecture and atmosphere in the leading role.
From interest to direct enquiry
The availability calendar is explicitly labelled as informational, while seasonal pricing and an enquiry form for dates and guest numbers connect inspiration with a concrete plan. Visitors can continue by phone, email or WhatsApp, while an external booking-platform link remains an additional option.
Result
Villa Alissa now has a presentation of its own beyond booking platforms. The character of the house, spatial layout, local context, practical stay information and contact options form a calm experience that gives guests enough information to decide and leads them towards a direct enquiry.
